About E-Tech Consulting
E-Tech Consulting was established in 1994 and operates from the UK serving clients across the globe. The founding partners of the company recognised that there were gaps in the technology recruitment market and in particular, a lack of quality recruitment services available to companies. Therefore, they thought it was an excellent opportunity for them to utilise their skills, knowledge and passion for technology to create something different, something unique.
Each member of our team has a sound knowledge of the areas we cover but is sufficiently diverse enough to bring different and innovative ideas to the table. Consultants are given ownership of projects, but views and opinions are expressed at regular team meetings which allow for hybrid solutions. Consultants are rewarded on collective achievements which we find helps to foster cooperation, innovation and team building.
Our aim is to satisfy our customers' objectives every time. Not just in the short-term but for the long-term. We believe our success has been based on long-term partnerships, which have been developed over a period of time through an understanding of our clients' needs and in turn, our clients trust in the methods we use.
One of our key skills is listening carefully to what you want, and giving you what you need. Placing a candidate in the wrong job is frustrating to the candidate and client. Not only is it costly, but it can also be damaging to relationships and potentially brand image.
